Order Confirmation
Customer orders shall be considered final and binding upon confirmation through the issuance of the sales invoice. The confirmed order constitutes a legally valid sales contract, formalized by the issuance of a regular invoice, and the corresponding payment obligation becomes due accordingly.
Invoices issued to private customers within the European Union include Italian VAT (22%) in accordance with the applicable tax regulations. VAT-exempt invoices are issued solely to EU-based companies with a valid VAT number, or to customers (private individuals or companies) established outside the European Union, in compliance with the relevant tax provisions. Customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping insurance is optional and may be requested by the customer at their own cost. No claims (e.g., damages, complete or partial loss of goods, etc.) will be accepted if the customer has not requested shipping insurance.
Prices, pictures, and product descriptions may vary without prior notice.
For any dispute arising out of or in connection with the sales contract, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the Court of Turin, Italy.
